We are pleased to announce the successful validation and implementation of a brand-new Fluoride Ion-Selective Electrode (ISE) method using the Skalar SP2000 robotic analyser for analysis of surface, ground and drinking waters.

Following a Successful Validation, this method which also includes simultaneous analysis of pH, conductivity, and alkalinity, has been fully UKAS-accredited and is now in routine operation as part of our Instrument Team's analytical services. The adoption of this automated technique demonstrates our ongoing commitment to technical innovation, accuracy, and continued compliance with the highest quality standards.

Key Highlights:

Accredited using NWSS Flexible Scope of accreditation: This ensures the method meets stringent quality and traceability requirements, aligning with both DWTS & ISO17025 standards.

Enhanced Automation with Skalar SP2000: The use of the Skalar SP2000 robotic system streamlines the analysis workflow, reducing manual handling and increasing throughput and consistency by bringing together four determinands.

Trained and Ready Team: Several analysts within our Instrument Team are now fully trained in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of this method, ensuring continuous service availability and technical robustness.

Improved Efficiency & Accuracy: The new method delivers reliable determination in water samples with improved precision and reduced turnaround times, enhancing our capacity to support regulatory compliance and customer needs.

This development reflects our laboratory's focus on innovation and quality, reinforcing our role as a trusted partner in water quality analysis.
