Coronavirus update 4th May 2020.

Our laboratories remain open while we continue to meet our public health responsibilities as a water undertaker, supporting Northumbrian Water and Essex & Suffolk Water’s vital work.

  

We are also open to support our commercial customers and we have seen increased demand from certain sectors, especially those that provide support to the NHS. 

 

We are reviewing the situation regularly and we aim to take a balanced approach, maintaining capacity for our public health and NHS related work while still accommodating the needs of our commercial customers.

The team are currently working from home to help limit social contacts but they will be happy to help you from 9am to 5pm every weekday.
