Following an installation of a new unified communication system across our business that allows our colleagues to now use Microsoft Teams to make and receive calls from their PC and handle and queue multiple calls or reroute calls amongst the team we have a new telephone number to share with you.
This will mean that it should be easier to get to talk to your contacts within Scientific Services no matter where they are working from on any particular day.
Please update your records immediately with the new number, which is 03333 214932
As always, the best way to talk to us is to use this number and our dedicated team will be waiting to assist you with all your lab and analytical needs, they will be happy to help you from 9am to 5pm every weekday.
Also please look out for the individual team members new phone numbers that will be appended to any email from your account manager as these numbers have all been changed as part of this upgrade.
