In November we distributed our 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey. This ran until January and produced the following very positive results:
- 98% of respondents rated themselves as satisfied through delighted for overall satisfaction with our service.
- 100% of respondents would use us again.
- 100% of respondents would recommend us to others.
- 98% to 100% of respondents rated themselves as satisfied through delighted for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)
These results are extremely rewarding and improve upon the already excellent results achieved in 2013.
As a thank you for completing the survey we have made a charitable donation proportionate to the number of survey responses received. This resulted in a donation of over £100 to The Orangutan Foundation, a UK registered charity working to protect orangutans in the shrinking forest habitats of Borneo and Sumatra.
