Our Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018

We are pleased to share the results of our 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey with you, the results of the survey were very positive with the following noteworthy headlines:

  • 99% rated themselves 'satisfied' through 'delighted' for overall satisfaction with our service, maintaining a 97% - 99% record over the past six years
  • 100% would use us again
  • 96% would recommend us to others
  • 100% rated themselves 'satisfied' through 'delighted' with our staff friendliness and knowledge
  • 96% rated themselves 'satisfied' through 'delighted' with our ease of contact and speed of response
  • 98% rated themselves as 'satisfied' though 'delighted' for turnaround times
  • 98% rated themselves as 'satisfied' through 'delighted' with our value for money
  • These results are very rewarding and they reflect the efforts being made by all of our staff to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.

    We are pleased to share the results of our 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey with you.

    The results of the survey were very positive with the following noteworthy headlines:

  • 99% of respondents rated themselves as 'satisfied' through 'delighted' for overall satisfaction with our service, maintaining a 97% - 99% record over the past five years
  • 100% of respondents would use us again
  • 98% of respondents would recommend us to others
  • 99 – 100% of respondents rated themselves as 'satisfied' through 'delighted' for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)
  • 98% of respondents rated themselves as ‘satisfied’ though ‘delighted’ for our analytical turnaround
  • 99% of respondents who answered the question were ‘satisfied’ through ‘delighted’ with our value for money
  • These results are very rewarding and they reflect the efforts being made by all of our staff to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.

    In December last year we distributed our 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey, which ran until January and we are pleased to share these results with you.

    The results of the survey were very positive with the following noteworthy headlines:

  • 97% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ through ′delighted′ for overall satisfaction with our service (99% in 2015, 98% in 2014, 97% in 2013)
  • 97% of respondents would use us again
  • 96% of respondents would recommend us to others
  • 97% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ through ′delighted′ for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)
  • 97% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ though ′delighted′ for our analytical turnaround
  • 96% of respondents who answered the question were ‘satisfied’ through ‘delighted’ with our value for money

  • 100% of respondents would use us again
  • 99% of respondents would recommend us to others
  • 99 – 100% of respondents rated themselves as ‘satisfied’ through ‘delighted’ for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)
  • 97% of respondents rated themselves as ‘satisfied’ though ‘delighted’ for our analytical turnaround
  • 100% of respondents who answered the question were ‘satisfied’ through ‘delighted’ with our value for money

    Customer Satisfaction Survey 2014 Results

    In November we distributed our 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey. This ran until January and produced the following very positive results:

  • 98% of respondents rated themselves as satisfied through delighted for overall satisfaction with our service.
  • 100% of respondents would use us again.
  • 100% of respondents would recommend us to others.

    98% to 100% of respondents rated themselves as satisfied through delighted for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)

    These results are extremely rewarding and improve upon the already excellent results achieved in 2013.

  • Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013 Results

    Our Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2013 received a 37% response rate. The survey showed high levels of customer satisfaction with our service.

  • 98% of respondents would use us again.
  • 98% of respondents would recommend us to others.
  • 97% of respondents scored themselves as Satisfied through Delighted.
  • 60% to 70% of respondents scored themselves as Very Satisfied in most areas (e.g. ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge & friendliness).

    These results are very rewarding and reflect the efforts being made by all staff throughout Scientific Services Laboratories to improve our levels of customer satisfaction.
